Google Ads management
Google Ads management for independent businesses
Reported in what you spent per new customer, not per click. No markup on your advertising budget, and the account stays in your name.
Why most owner-run accounts leak
Most owner-run accounts were set up once, in an afternoon, by someone with other things to do. They usually leak in the same four places.
-
Broad match with no negatives
The account pays for searches that were never going to book. Someone researching a school project costs the same as someone ready to buy.
-
Tracking that counts the wrong thing
A form view counted as an enquiry, or a phone call not counted at all. If the tracking is wrong, every decision made from the numbers is wrong too.
-
Relevance left unattended
Google charges less per click for adverts it judges relevant to the search and the landing page. An account left alone drifts toward the expensive end of that.
-
One advert, running for a year
The same headline in front of the same people until it stops working, with nothing ready to replace it.
What is included
-
Campaign strategy and execution
Search and Performance Max built or rebuilt properly: exact keywords for the searches that matter, real negative lists, and AI Max and broad match switched on deliberately, not by default.
-
Conversion tracking
Forms and phone calls tracked, and where you use a booking system, a booking traced back to the campaign that produced it.
-
Creative production
Images and short films made from your own photography, with every claim checked against the advertising rules. Included on the top tier.
-
Reporting
One dashboard, refreshed monthly, showing cost per enquiry and cost per new customer.
What gets measured
Cost per new customer: a booked appointment or a sale. Calls and forms are counted and reported, but only a new customer is set as the goal the bidding chases.
What the free 20-minute review covers
We share your screen and go through your live Google Ads account together: your campaigns, your search terms and your conversion tracking. It is not a presentation about what we might do.
By the end you will know three things: what your adverts are actually being shown for, whether your enquiries are being counted properly, and where the money is going that is not turning into customers.
You keep all of it whether you hire us or not. If the account is in good shape, we will say so.
Never advertised on Google?
If your business has never advertised on Google, a free twenty-minute search check shows how many people search for what you sell each month, what a click costs, and what a month would have to look like to be worth it.
Changing from another agency
-
Check who controls the account
Ask your agency to add your business’s own Google login as an admin on the Google Ads account. As an admin, you decide who else has access, whoever manages it.
-
Book the free 20-minute review
We go through the live account with you before you decide anything.
-
The setup month
If you go ahead, the setup month starts: the account is audited and rebuilt, and the tracking is checked. Your old agency’s access is removed when you choose.
If your agency will not give you admin access, we can set up a new account in your business’s name. A new account starts without the old account’s history.
Pricing
Published, because you should be able to decide whether this is for you before you speak to anyone.

Questions
Which sectors do you work with?
Independent, owner-run businesses. Aesthetic clinics, interior designers, kitchen and bathroom showrooms and fashion brands each have their own page, and the way the account is run is the same in every sector.
What does the review cost?
Nothing. It is twenty minutes on a shared screen, and you keep the findings whether or not you hire us.
Do we keep the account if we stop?
Yes. The account is in your business’s name and you pay Google directly.
