Google Ads for interior designers and kitchen and bathroom studios
High-ticket projects, a long decision, and adverts that are only as good as the photographs in them.

Why this vertical is different
A kitchen, a bathroom or a whole-house project is decided over weeks, and the person deciding sees Google in several places on the way — Search, YouTube, the Discover feed — so the campaign types that work here are Performance Max and Demand Gen rather than a text advert alone.
Those campaign types assemble the advert themselves from the images, video and headlines they are given, which makes the creative the bottleneck: an account running on a handful of project photographs from a few years ago is paying full price for a tired advert, and no amount of bid management fixes that. This is the sector where the monthly creative option earns its place.
Your photography is the advert
A Performance Max asset group wants images in square, landscape and portrait, short video under thirty seconds with the project visible in the first three, and headlines that name the room and the town.
The studio's own projects beat stock imagery, because the person searching is choosing a studio, not a style. The monthly creative set is a refreshed set of images and two short videos from the studio's completed work each month, in the shapes Google wants, so the advert never goes stale.
The advertising rules of the country the advert runs in apply to every claim, so the copy says what the studio has done and not what it promises.
What gets measured
Cost per booked consultation, by project type — a kitchen enquiry and a whole-house enquiry are not the same event and never appear in the same number. Telephone calls and forms both tracked.
Starting from zero
Most of your work probably comes by recommendation, and that should not change. Google Ads reaches a different group: people who search for an interior designer in your town before anyone has recommended you.
Before you spend anything, a free twenty-minute search check shows how many of those searches there are each month, what a click on them costs, and what a month would have to look like to be worth it. If the answer is that it is not worth it, you keep that answer.
The adverts are made from your own project photographs, so they look like your studio. Your Google Ads account is in your name, and your advertising budget is paid by you directly to Google.
Pricing
£495 setup, then £395 a month, or £695 a month with monthly creative. Founding prices for the first three clients; £750, £595 and £995 after that. You pay Google directly and the account stays in your studio’s name.
